Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted offer.

 

1) After the meal, you must attend a 90 minute sales presentation. If married, husband and wife must attend together. If cohabitating, both parties must be present.
2) You must speak, read and understand English or Spanish fluently.
3) Husband and wife must be between the ages of 25-70 with a valid photo ID or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of $50,000.

4) Must be either US or Canadian citizens.

5) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and either a credit card or a check/debit card to the presentation. Your credit card cannot have debit or check card printed on it.

6) Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Seminole Counties do not qualify for this offer.
7) We are not Festiva, Peppertree, or Equivest Owners.

8) We have NOT declared or filed bankruptcy in the last 3 years.

9) We have not toured Blue Heron Beach Resort in the last 13 months or any other Festiva properties in the last 6 months.

10) This offer is NOT available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends who are also attending a promotional presentation with this same sponsor.  Please do NOT purchase multiple packages. You may only attend the presentation one time.

11) Must have spent prior night in a motel, hotel, resort, condo, or vacation rental in the Orlando area and are not staying in a campground, driving an R.V., or with family/friends. Sponsor should be able verify your accommodations.

 To take advantage of this offer:

1.  Please read entire listing, be sure you meet all the qualifications.

2. Use the "Pay Now" link at the top of the page to make your payment. We prefer the secured on line site PayPal® for your added security. 

3. We will send you a link through the eBay message system to the reservation form. You may place your reservation right after purchasing your package, your check in date should be a minimum of 3 business days after the date you place your reservation. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If your preferred dates have become unavailable before you are confirmed, you may choose to either:

• Choose to receive a FULL refund once the resort has stated the dates are unavailable.

• Accept an alternate resort for which you are qualified and for which there is availability.
       

4. We will e-mail back your Hotel/Resort confirmation, travel agreement, map and directions, usually within 3 business days. We will also mail to the postal address provided the same information. This confirmation must be presented to the resort check in at the start of the vacation. To assure everything is accurate and to provide top level service, you will be required to sign our travel agreement that everything is correct and return it electronically or in the SASE provided. You are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter from Squirrel Travel and returned your travel agreement.
