The 1 bedroom villa features a queen size bed in the master bedroom with a whirlpool tub in the master bath. Villas have a fully equipped kitchen, living/dinning room and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.    

   It is easy to relax on our 1.5 acre pool and sun deck with waterfalls flowing off of impressive rock formations. Lush grottos to explore, an in cave whirlpool area and giant water slides for all ages are waiting for you at Palm Canyon Resort.

 Other on-site activities include a game room, fitness center, and indoor basketball and volleyball courts. After a day in the sun, explore all the unique restaurants and local nightlife the area is famous for.

  Be sure to complete the Palm Spring experience and treat yourself to some pampering at The Canyon Spa. The Canyon Spa provides a range of services from massages, wraps, scrubs, medical-grade custom facials and packages.

After your treatment enjoy complimentary chilled oxygenated water, fresh fruit or hot tea in our relaxation area. There is a dry sauna available also. There is an in-room service available if you are unable to visit the upstairs spa facility.

Our condo rentals work like everybody else's, the only difference is you attend a sales presentation to receive a discounted accommodations offer. There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort ownership; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive the discounted tickets.

Please read the qualifications listed below:

1) You must complete Diamond's tour and sales presentation lasting at least 120 minutes. If married, husband and wife must attend together. If cohabitating, both parties must be present.
2) You must be a US citizen and speak, read and understand English fluently.
3) Husband and wife must be over the age of 25 with a valid photo ID or passport.
4) You and/or your spouse must be currently employed or have a steady source of income with a minimum combined gross annual household income of $60,000.
5) All adult family members or travel companions must tour together, children must be entrusted to a child play area during the presentation, where applicable.
6) Guest must bring a valid government issued photo ID, and a valid major credit card matching the name that appears on such identification. Debit cards are not allowed. Your credit card cannot be linked to a checking account or have debit or check card printed on it.
7) You cannot be Diamond Resort Owners or Members.
8) You must be creditworthy (no bankruptcies, foreclosures or liens in the past two (2) years) and cannot be in the process of a home loan modification.
9) You cannot have toured a Diamond Resort in the last 12 months.
10) Employees of Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc. and its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and their immediate families are ineligible. The sponsoring broker is Diamond Resorts International Marketing, Inc.
11) You cannot be traveling in a camper or RV and are not authorized to have such vehicles on Diamond property.
